    • Opening the package
    • Product inside
    • The defect, damage, or issue

Without this video, the return or refund cannot be processed.

  • Customized or personalized products, unless defective.
  • Requests made after the 3-day return window.

5. Replacement

  • Replacement order will be delivered with in 5-7 business days

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is covered by Mzzzkart.com only if the product is defective or incorrect.
