1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive SMS/email updates once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (India)
We ship through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and others.
Estimated delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- A. Free-Shipping Products
Certain items come with Free Shipping, as clearly mentioned on the product page.
- B. Chargeable-Shipping Products
Products without the Free Shipping label may include shipping fees.

Shipping charges are not fixed and are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight/size
- Delivery PIN code
- Courier partner pricing
If you order both free-ship and chargeable products, only the shipping charge for the chargeable ones will apply.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select PIN codes only.
- COD orders may require phone/SMS verification.
- Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
5. Order Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can track your shipment using the provided link or via the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Delays

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Orders may be returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the order
In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Mzzzkart.com ships only within India.
9. Damaged or Lost Products
To process claims for damaged, missing, or tampered products, the following mandatory conditions must be met:
- A. Unpacking Video Required
You must provide a clear, continuous, unedited unpacking video showing:

- The outer package
- Opening the package
- The product inside
- The issue (damage/missing item)

B. Immediate Reporting
- You must report the issue immediately upon delivery, preferably within 1–2 hours, without delay.
- Claims without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
